Care Assistant Leader

At HC-One, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are now looking for an experienced Care Assistant Leader to join our team, who can provide leadership and guidance to our care staff while promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and Care Managers to coordinate care services and address resident concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Holding an S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Leadership experience in a care setting, with a focus on promoting person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
