Leader Education is recruiting an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a SEND Teaching Assistant at a SEND school in Northumberland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities- To provide individualized support to students with complex behavioural needs.
- To work closely with teaching staff to develop strategies to meet student needs.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in working with children or young people.
- An understanding of SEMH needs and how to support students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, free CPD training, and a refer a friend or colleague bonus scheme.
