Academic and Social Development Assistant

We're looking for a Special Education Support Specialist to join our team in Newcastle. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
In this role, you will work with students who require additional support due to neurological learning needs, such as severe autism. You will be responsible for supporting their academic, communication, and social development.
Job Description- Prior education or care experience is essential.
- Experience working with students with SEN would be highly valued.
- You should possess a supportive and caring attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required.
- A valid Enhanced DBS clearance is necessary.
- You must hold a valid right to work in the UK.
