We are recruiting a highly experienced Care Home Manager to join Appoint Healthcare in Cramlington. As a respected care provider, we prioritize resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and continuous quality improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, with experience in managing a care home and achieving good CQC ratings. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing strategies to drive quality and excellence.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents. The estimated salary for this position is up to £55,000 per annum.
