The Role:
- We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our team, working with children aged 7-17 who have Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD).
About the Job:
- Work in a 2 Bed, EBD Children’s Home, Ofsted Regulated, providing care and support to vulnerable young people.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £28,000-£32,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
- Progressive pay scale based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
- Specialist CPD certified training and accredited qualifications free of charge.
