We are seeking a highly skilled Property Lawyer to join our team at Robinson Talent Partners.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time opportunity for a legal professional with expertise in property law, responsible for handling residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of property transactions, ensuring compliance with current legal standards and regulations.
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, making complex legal jargon easy to understand.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review essential documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
  • Negotiation: Skill-fully negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and third parties to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
