We are seeking a highly skilled Property Lawyer to join our team at Robinson Talent Partners.
About the Role
- This is a full-time opportunity for a legal professional with expertise in property law, responsible for handling residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of property transactions, ensuring compliance with current legal standards and regulations.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, making complex legal jargon easy to understand.
- Document Preparation: Draft and review essential documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
- Negotiation: Skill-fully negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and third parties to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
