Property Transactions Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Property Transactions Manager to join our team at Robinson Talent Partners. As a Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Coordinate and manage property transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, making complex legal jargon easy to understand.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough title searches and property investigations to guarantee clear ownership and identify any potential issues.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and third parties to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
- Compliance: Stay updated on the latest property laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions comply with current legal standards.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any legal issues or disputes that arise during the conveyancing process with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Requirements
- A qualified legal professional with a specialisation in property law.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal software and IT systems.
- Oustanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- A proactive and client-focused mindset, dedicated to providing good legal service.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Salary and Benefits
