About the Job

We're looking for a seasoned Residential and Commercial Conveyancer to lead our team at Robinson Talent Partners. As a Property Lawyer, you'll handle everything from residential to commercial property transactions, ensuring our clients' deals go through smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Transaction Coordination: Oversee residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  2. Client Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, making complex legal jargon easy to understand.
  3. Document Preparation: Draft and review essential documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
  4. Investigation and Research: Conduct thorough title searches and property investigations to guarantee clear ownership and identify any potential issues.
  5. Negotiation and Mediation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and third parties to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest property laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions comply with current legal standards.
  7. Crisis Management: Address and resolve any legal issues or disputes that arise during the conveyancing process with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Compensation and Benefits
