About the Position

We're searching for a highly skilled Real Estate Lawyer Specialist to join our team at Robinson Talent Partners. As a Property Lawyer, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including transaction management, client consultation, due diligence, negotiation, compliance, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Transaction Management: Oversee residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Client Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, making complex legal jargon easy to understand.
  • Document Review and Preparation: Draft and review essential documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
  • Investigation and Research: Conduct thorough title searches and property investigations to guarantee clear ownership and identify any potential issues.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and third parties to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest property laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions comply with current legal standards.
