Job Overview

This is a hands-on job where no two days are the same. Your duties will include promoting independence, supporting daily activities, arranging community events, developing life skills, and ensuring record keeping meets required standards.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 29 days' paid holiday per year, increasing with each year of service. You will also receive a salary of £18,600 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
