Job Summary:

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day support of end-users both on-site and remotely. This role will also involve the installation, deployment, and support of servers/desktop/laptop/mobile devices/peripheral devices hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing technical support to employees in person, via phone, and online messaging
  2. Deploying technology solutions, troubleshooting issues, and conducting root cause analysis
  3. Maintaining and repairing desktops, laptops, servers, client hardware, software, and network connections
  4. Troubleshooting Wi-Fi problems and determining if they are network or device related
  5. Designing and implementing IT projects and collaborating with the business to stay current on active and future projects
  6. Supporting Windows Server and Client OS's, Office 365, Active Directory, and other various products
  7. Supporting manufacturing applications throughout the operation facility
  8. Updating, documenting, and retaining maintenance information for PC hardware/software items and maintaining an accurate inventory of installed hardware and software

Requirements:

  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in an international organization
  • Solid knowledge of software and hardware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft environment in general
  • Knowledge of standard operating systems such as Windows 10 & 11, Windows server 2019 & 2022 incl. DHCP, DNS, Active directory
  • Knowledge of network in general, LAN & WIFI incl. cabling
  • Knowledge of Copiers, printers, and AV equipment
  • An attractive compensation package of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on skills and experience, together with learning, development, and career opportunities
