Job Title: Care Home Manager

Responsibilities:

  2. Recruit, train, and develop a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the CQC.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and a person-centred approach to care.
  5. Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, ensuring the provision of quality care remains uncompromised.
  6. Monitor and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance the quality of care and resident satisfaction.
