About the RoleAs a Pediatric Emergency Care Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of our Paediatric Emergency Department and Short Stay Unit, providing high-quality care for children and young people across Northumberland and North Tyneside.

Key Responsibilities:- To lead a team of clinicians in the provision of emergency care services for children and young people.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce waiting times.
- To ensure compliance with NMC codes and regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Nursing or relevant field.
- Postgraduate qualifications in leadership or management.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership.
- Excellent salary package (£55,000 - £70,000 per annum).
