Deputy Home Manager Role

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents. This includes providing specialist nursing support, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising colleagues to deliver exceptional care. We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a background in person-centred care planning, who can connect with people and manage time effectively.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding our residents and reporting any concerns. This role will be 22 hours supernumerary and 22 hours on the floor. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and be part of an outstanding and committed team.
