Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring the continued success of our care home by managing all aspects of resident & staff care, while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Key Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
- Experience as a Home Manager of at least 2 years
- Proven track record of achieving good CQC grades
