About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team and drive continuous improvement in care delivery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans, leading a team of caregivers, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong leadership background, with experience in managing care homes or similar settings. You will also have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5 qualification, or be willing to study for one.
