We are seeking a skilled Home Manager to lead our nursing home in Cramlington. As the key person responsible for the day-to-day operation of the home, you will oversee the management of all direct reports and ensure the home meets statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management roles within a 50+ bed nursing home for the elderly, with strong commercial awareness and P&L accountability. They will also possess knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality care and support to residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, building relationships with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

The salary for this position is up to £55,000 per year, based on a 40-hour week. Benefits include a company stakeholder pension scheme, group life assurance cover, paid DBS/PVG, private healthcare cover, and award-winning learning and development opportunities.
