We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dementia Activity Group Facilitator in South East Northumberland.

This is a part-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £9,731.14 per annum (£22,706 FTE).

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering stimulating activities for individuals living with dementia and their carers in a group setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and facilitating activity groups for people living with dementia and their carers.
