Regional Sales Director

Universal Business Team is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and partners
- Manage sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of management reports
- Forecast sales and gross profit annually and quarterly
- Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Expertise in sales processes and market trends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £80,000-£85,000
