Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

Universal Business Team is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and partners
  • Manage sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of management reports
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Forecast sales and gross profit annually and quarterly

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills and experience in sales management
  • Expert knowledge of the flooring sector and market trends
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £80,000-£85,000
