We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets in the West Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and partners in the territory.
  • Manage contact with all contacts within partner accounts within the territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business organically and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales data for the territory and stay up-to-date with market trends and partner needs.
  • Ensure account profiles are updated accurately and promptly for all partners.
  • Follow up on all leads within 24 hours.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline from gaining opportunities to closing them down.
  • Aware of competitive activities within major partners/accounts.
  • Ensure activities are promptly recorded on the CRM database.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing partners.
  • Forecast sales and GP annually and quarterly.
  • Identify underperformance and take corrective action.
  • Be financially astute with pricing and provide comprehensive reports and recommendations for the territory.
  • Involved in the creation of sales strategy for the territory and present to the Sales/Managing Director for approval.
  • Identify underperforming partners and execute strategy for recovery within the reporting timeframe.
  • Responsible for visual merchandising while visiting all partners.

Benefits
