Universal Business Team is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the West Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and partners
  • Manage sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Ensure accurate and timely management reports
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools
