Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Director - Confectionery, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Sales Executives to deliver operational KPIs and drive commercial development initiatives. You will work closely with the National Field Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agree business objectives and KPIs with line manager
  • Carry out monthly team meetings to discuss results and provide training
  • Ensure team's achievement of ROI, sales, and distribution
  • Responsible for driving KPI achievement of each Field Sales Executive

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of ENGAGE script and phone operation
  • Comprehensive understanding of Lost Sales Value Shopping list
  • Continuous monitoring of Field Sales Executive budget
