We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets in the West Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and partners in the territory.
  • Manage contact with all contacts within partner accounts within the territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business organically and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales data for the territory and stay up-to-date with market trends and partner needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management reports.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline from gaining opportunities to closing them down.
  • Identify and address underperformance with corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to new and existing partners.
  • Forecast sales and gross profit annually and quarterly.
Requirements
  • Leadership skills and experience in sales management.
  • Expert knowledge of products, market area, trends, opportunities, and competitive activities for the territory.
  • Ability to grow partners and the region.
  • Strong sales process and salesforce skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
