- Manage contact with all contacts within partner accounts within the territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business organically and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales data for the territory and stay up-to-date with market trends and partner needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely management reports.
- Manage the sales pipeline from gaining opportunities to closing them down.
- Identify and address underperformance with corrective actions.
- Provide comprehensive reports and recommendations for the territory.
- Develop and present sales strategies for the territory to the Sales/Managing Director for approval.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Expert understanding of products, market area, trends, opportunities, and competitive activities for the territory.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom/Teams, PowerBI, and MS Office.
- Salary: £80,000-£85,000.
- Bonus: 10%.
