Regional Sales Manager Job Description

Universal Business Team is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets in the West Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and partners in the territory.
  • Manage contact with all contacts within partner accounts within the territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business organically and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales data for the territory and stay up-to-date with market trends and partner needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management reports.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from gaining opportunities to closing them down.
  • Identify and address underperformance with corrective actions.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and recommendations for the territory.
  • Develop and present sales strategies for the territory to the Sales/Managing Director for approval.
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Expert understanding of products, market area, trends, opportunities, and competitive activities for the territory.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom/Teams, PowerBI, and MS Office.
