As a leading UK Fertiliser trader, we are expanding our operations in the South West region and seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our close-knit team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and developing our business network in the region, collaborating with colleagues across multiple sites, and working closely with the Managing Director to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Area Sales: Build strong relationships with farms in the South West area, providing sound technical advice and promoting our fertiliser products while managing your own sales ledger.
• Brand Promotion: Represent and promote all aspects of our company during customer interactions, highlighting our commitment to quality and service.
• Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through regular farm visits.
• Personal Development: Embrace an ever-learning mindset and desire for growth under the mentorship of the Managing Director.
What We Are Looking For:
• Ambitious & Self-Motivated: A go-getter who thrives in a competitive environment and is eager to take on new challenges.
• Organised: Strong time management skills to handle customer accounts and sales strategies effectively.
• Sales Experience: Considerable experience in sales or a proven ability to find new business opportunities.

• Agricultural Experience: While not essential, previous agricultural experience is advantageous, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
