Regional Business Development Manager

About the Role:
This Regional Business Development Manager position is responsible for managing a diverse client base, including 10 merchants and 30-40 contractors, with a focus on driving growth in the South West and Wales region.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with merchants and contractors, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and expand the client base.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying and addressing their needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Training & Support: Deliver on-site training and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the product's value and technical advantages.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
