Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and driven Finance Professional to join a rapidly growing and well-established finance organization as a Lending Business Development Manager in the Gloucestershire region.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in selling financial services, specifically within a banking setting, to head up business development within this area. The successful candidate will be responsible for remote and field-based relationship management & business development, attending networking & business events, and guiding loan applicants through the application and onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will have opportunities to progress within the organization, with no two days being the same. Regularly attending networking events and business seminars will create new opportunities. Attending meetings with prospective business clients to sell financial services will be a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending meetings with prospective business clients to sell financial services
  • Regularly attending networking events and business seminars to create new opportunities
  • Guiding loan applicants through the application and onboarding process

Requirements:

  • Financial services/lending/banking background
  • Relationship management and/or business development experience
  • Own vehicle and ability to travel around the designated area
  • Business development/sales experience within a financial services setting

Benefits:

Our client offers a competitive salary of £43,500 + 5% employer contribution pension + 25 days annual leave entitlement rising to 28 after length of service + paid mileage.
