Job Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the South West and Wales region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing relationships with key clients, and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, increasing revenue and expanding our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with contractors to develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality training and support to clients, showcasing the product's value and technical advantages.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the building services or piping sectors.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
