Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our business in the region.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing customers.

This role reports directly to the UK Sales Director and will require close collaboration with other members of the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, a deep understanding of the market, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the UK region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide regular updates to the UK Sales Director on sales performance and progress
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of the market and its trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
