Aerospace Sales Director - Job Summary
\An experienced sales professional is sought to lead our local team as a Sales Director. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales leadership to drive recruitment activity and ensure sales targets are achieved.
\Main Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of self-employed Sales Executives.\
- Drive recruitment activity of self-employed Sales Representatives.\
- Provide training, coaching, and development of your self-employed sales team.\
- Encourage the Sales Team to generate own leads.\
- Presentation of the approved Finance presentation to every potential customer.\
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver on the business plan.\
- Prepare and present regular sales reports.\

Requirements:

- Successful proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager.\
- Ideally, experience of recruiting self-employed Sales Professionals.\
- Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.\
- Committed to continuous personal development.\
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.\
