About the Role

The Regional Sales Development Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth in the South West and Wales region, managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.

Main Duties:
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with merchants and contractors, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
  • Business Development: Secure project business on commercial schemes for contractors, expanding the company's presence in the region.
  • Client Engagement: Provide on-site training and product demonstrations to clients, enhancing their experience and loyalty.
  • Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis, informing sales strategies and decisions.
Essential Requirements:
  • Background: Proven experience working with merchants and contractors, preferably in the building services or piping sectors.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Work Ethic: A team player with a proactive attitude, committed to continuous learning and growth.
  • Professional Qualifications: Industry experience is highly valued, but technical sales or related fields are also considered.
Competitive Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum
