Role Profile

The TPS Sales and Customer Service Manager will be accountable for achieving sales objectives, fostering a loyal customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across multiple TPS locations in Gloucester/Hereford. A key component of this role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, including Area Sales Managers and Centre Managers.

Tps Background

TPS is an integral part of the Volkswagen Group, operating a large-scale network of centres that support independent garages and bodyshops. We offer a wide range of Genuine Parts and products designed to aid in the repair and maintenance of Volkswagen Group vehicles.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Centre Managers to create and execute sales plans aimed at boosting mechanical customer sales revenues while maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Promote exceptional customer experiences and serve as a trusted advisor for TPS's products and services.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent sales and interpersonal skills, a solid grasp of the automotive industry, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Based on factors such as location and experience, the estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per year.
