We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in your region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in senior SaaS sales roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of SaaS models, sales cycles, and industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
