As a Portfolio Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date nature of our property database, including inputting new leases and tenancies, making changes to rents and lease terms, and reading leases and lease summaries. You will also be the main point of contact for any insurance matters, ensuring all assets have the correct level of cover, dealing with tenant queries and claims, and working with our broker to ensure the information on each asset is correct. Additionally, you will assist with data collection for reporting purposes, arrange inspections of properties, and work closely with the Head of UK Investment to ensure the smooth operation of our portfolio. If you have at least 3 years of experience in a data input/administration role, are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Teams), and have GCSE passes in core subjects (English & Maths), we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. Ideally, you will have some experience in UK commercial property. We offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays per annum, secure free parking, subsidised canteen, Healthcare and Cash Plan, and pension.
