Property Compliance Administrator

**Your role and responsibilities**
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Property Department for an experienced Property Compliance Officer.
Reporting to the Head of Property Compliance you will assist in the delivery of an effective property compliance and maintenance function, ensuring that planned preventative tasks are delivered in compliance with the relevant regulatory and statutory requirements to c. 200 properties.
- Proven work experience within Property Compliance/ Facilities Management or similar role.
- Working knowledge of Building Maintenance/ CAFM systems
- Detail-oriented, able to keep track of data effectively. Proven ability to manage and report on property data accurately.
- Self-motivation to proactively manage multiple tasks, capable of working unsupervised and as part of a team, able to adhere to deadlines and reprioritise tasks when required.
- Good computer knowledge and proficient with Excel
- You will assist in the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget such as Legionella risk assessments, Water Hygiene, Electrical & portable appliance testing, fire life safety systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning plant to name a few.
- You will be responsible for gathering service records and certification & reporting on findings and identifying trends.
- You will interact with other teams within the department such as Health & Safety, Construction and Facilities Management sharing data.
Whilst the role is predominantly office based, there will be elements of the role that will require site visits, so you must have a full UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
