Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of Integrated Supply Solutions to manufacturing industries for the provision of MRO (indirect) products. Their portfolio consists of Procurement Services, Transactional Processing, Stores Management, and Inventory Optimisation enabled by industry-leading digital platforms. They deliver world-class results to world-class companies in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Foods, Beverage, Automotive, and Aerospace.

**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for the administrative support of stores duties, including the processing of material safety data sheets in line with client and organisation requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To obtain relevant material safety data sheets for all products supplied into the client.
- Upload all safety data sheets into client portal.
- To accurately record and report on volume of new requests being received comparable to volume of requests processed.
- To communicate with the client toxicology department to resolve any queries regarding the identification of a product.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient planning and organisational skills with a methodical and logical approach.
- Strong ICT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of ensuring quality standards are maintained alongside strong performance management culture.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Solihull
