**Location**: Solihull - Office based
**Salary**:£19,000 - £23,000 per annum
**Benefits**:28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays and a pension scheme. The office also has free parking available.
Our client based in Solihull is looking to recruit an Administrator on a permanent basis to join their team. You would be joining a family business who work together to achieve high quality service and ensure they have a good company culture. This role will include essential daily administrative support to the department with professional services and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
**Duties include**:
- Answering and redirecting calls.
- Delivering seamless day-to-day administrative assistance to the department.
- Showcasing a commitment to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry, filling in documents, and other administrative functions.
- Communicate, both written and verbally, with contractors to schedule in work.
- Work to deadlines and understand the impact they may have.
**Skills and experience required**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Possess a good work ethic.
- Be resilient and professional.
- Empathy to deal with customer needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
