I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to work within a busy client based in Shirley.

**Duties as an Administrator will include**:

- Provide a high level of administrative support across a range of processes within the operations department.
- Liaise with colleagues within and across departments and when required internal and external stakeholders and customers in order to collect or impart information
- Maintain document management systems to ensure control of the reference material required for the department.
- Manage own workload and take appropriate action within the defined procedural guidelines and quality standards
- Compile and provide routine or ad-hoc information as required in order to support effective monitoring, planning and decision making
- Support colleagues during periods of operational change including but not excluding to the provision and receipt of training, support testing and the implementation of revised work practices and procedures.
- Contribute to improving performance of your team by actively undertaking activities and development that are beneficial to self and others.

- Excellent telephone manner

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
