X2 Recruit are looking for an Administrator for our Client in Solihull.
The Sales and Office Administrator will provide general administrative support to the Company and will be based in the Arden Main Office. They will assist in sales order processing, operation of the weighbridge and all responsibilities associated with the receipt of wood waste. He/she will be the first point of call for visitors to the site, visitor sign-in and visitor health & safety inductions/briefings. They will assist in answering the phones and printing mill and customer tickets for the transport team as required. They will supervise the office stationery store and order equipment and stationery as required. They will develop a good knowledge of office systems and thus provide competent and informed administrative support to both the Operations and Support Services Teams.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- First point of contact and liaison with visitors arriving at reception
- Carry out relevant H & S inductions for visitors as required
- Dealing with phone queries and Sales Order Processing (including liaising with spreading subcontractors)
- Liaising and supporting teams based in the main office (Production, Transport, Sales)
- Operation of the public weighbridge system and issue of weighbridge tickets
- Daily accurate recording of the weights for loads on vehicles as they enter and exit the site
- Ensure that waste transfer notes are received, accurate and filed as required
- Supply sawmills with weights as required
- Update the Supplier Spreadsheets for monthly tonnage figures
- Order stationery and manage stationery store
- Maintain office holiday calendar
- Other reasonable tasks in the normal day to day running of the main office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
