Job Summary

The Commercial Operations Administrator will provide administrative support to the Commercial & Marketing organization, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless operational, logistical, and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage suppliers, process orders, and handle invoices
  • Coordinate purchasing activities in SAP, including creating new suppliers, processing invoices, and forwarding them to the Finance Department
  • Oversee absence days, working hours, and IT hardware management
  • Maintain the contract database and administer the fleet
  • Act as the administrator of the internal platform for mandatory trainings
  • Support team members with processing declarations in the Nautilus tool

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in supporting functions or general assistance
  • Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude
