Commercial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
The Commercial Operations Administrator will provide administrative support to the Commercial & Marketing organization, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless operational, logistical, and commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage suppliers, process orders, and handle invoices
- Coordinate purchasing activities in SAP, including creating new suppliers, processing invoices, and forwarding them to the Finance Department
- Oversee absence days, working hours, and IT hardware management
- Maintain the contract database and administer the fleet
- Act as the administrator of the internal platform for mandatory trainings
- Support team members with processing declarations in the Nautilus tool
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in supporting functions or general assistance
- Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
