Job Title: Commercial Operations Administrator

Job Summary:

The Commercial Operations Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial & Marketing organization. This role will work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, and other department members to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage suppliers, orders, and invoices
  • Process purchasing requests and maintain contract database
  • Coordinate IT hardware and mobile phone management
  • Administer fleet management and internal platform (Compliance Wire)
  • Support marketing activities, including UK marketing plan and event organization
  • Process expense reports and travel arrangements
  • Track KPIs and escalate issues as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in supporting functions
  • Experience with data management and analysis
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
