Commercial Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Commercial Operations Administrator
Job Summary:
The Commercial Operations Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial & Marketing organization. This role will work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, and other department members to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage suppliers, orders, and invoices
- Process purchasing requests and maintain contract database
- Coordinate IT hardware and mobile phone management
- Administer fleet management and internal platform (Compliance Wire)
- Support marketing activities, including UK marketing plan and event organization
- Process expense reports and travel arrangements
- Track KPIs and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in supporting functions
- Experience with data management and analysis
- Knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
