A2Dominion Housing Group Ltd is seeking an ambitious individual to join their Income Team - Homes & Communities as an apprentice.

This 2-year apprenticeship will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in housing and property management.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, while completing a Level 3 Housing & Property Management qualification.

About the Position

Key responsibilities include understanding income collection, tenancy sustainment processes, and benefits.

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring customer accounts in line with policies and procedures, as well as ensuring IT systems and manual records are regularly updated and maintained.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in housing and property management, working with a supportive team and developing valuable skills.
