Housing and Property Management Opportunity

A 2-year apprenticeship position is available in the Income Team - Homes & Communities, with a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour.

About the Role

This role will equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field of housing and property management.

You will have the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Housing & Property Management qualification while contributing to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding income collection, tenancy sustainment processes, and benefits.
  • Managing and monitoring customer accounts in line with policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring IT systems and manual records are regularly updated and maintained.
  • Working effectively with the Income Team, Homes & Communities, Property Services, and liaising with other departments.

Educated to at least GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent in English and Maths, with a willingness to undertake professional development including Level 3 in Housing and Property Management within two years.

Good level of computer literacy, with ability to use / learn Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, and the internet.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing across a variety of audiences.
