Ealing Council Housing Rehousing Professional

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Housing Rehousing Professional.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Applications & Allocations Team in delivering effective rehousing solutions for under occupying tenants and homeless households. This will involve:

  • Developing and Implementing Rehousing Schemes
  • Building Partnerships with Voluntary Agencies
  • Managing Enquiries and Incentives
  • Coordinating Property Viewings
  • Providing High-Quality Statistics and Reports
