Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities. Your duties will include:

  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support to students.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as record keeping and preparing resources.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong academic background, ideally a 2:1 or 1:1 from a reputable university.
  • Experience working with students with learning difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
