Family Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to join our team in Ealing. As a Family Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who are unable to live with their own families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and loving home environment for the children in their care, as well as offering emotional support and stability. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people
- Develop and maintain relationships with children and their families
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children and young people, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
