**Job Title:** Family Support Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Support Specialist to join our team in Ealing. As a key member of our social care team, you will be responsible for providing support to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with children and families to identify their needs and develop plans to address these needs
  • To provide guidance and support to parents and carers on how to best meet the needs of their children
  • To work closely with other agencies to ensure that children and families receive the support they need

Requirements:

  • A professional qualification in social work or a related field
  • Experience of working with children and families in a social care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
