Support Specialist

Look Ahead Care And Support is a leading not-for-profit provider of care and support services in London and the South East. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Support Specialist to join our team, working closely with young people to help them develop life skills and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with young people and hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. They will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services, and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those we support.

The salary for this position is £27,352 per annum, working 40 hours per week. Benefits include 25 days Annual Leave, pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare and career progression. Our company offers a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can grow and develop your career.
