We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team in Ealing. As a key member of our Young People service, you will play a vital role in supporting customers to develop the life skills they need to thrive.

About the Role:

  • Provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet their assessed needs.
  • Work with customers to promote social inclusion and encourage independent living.
  • Develop supportive relationships with customers and work proactively with other team members to handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 year experience working with young people.
  • Ability to cope positively with challenging and diverse behaviours.
